Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the service only for lawful business marketing, customer-experience, analytics, fraud-prevention, or sales purposes connected to your own business or a client you are authorized to represent.

Before installing the pixel, you must evaluate and implement all disclosures, opt-ins, cookie or tracking notices, privacy pop-ups, consent tools, “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanisms, and contractual terms required for your website, visitors, industry, and jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for determining whether and how you may call, text, email, advertise to, mail, upload, enrich, retain, or otherwise use a resolved contact. You must honor opt-outs, suppression requests, and applicable do-not-contact lists.

You may not use the service or resolved data to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, shame, intimidate, or exploit a person;
• send unlawful robocalls, prerecorded calls, texts, emails, or other communications;
• discriminate in housing, employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, or another protected context;
• infer or target sensitive traits, including health, disability, religion, sexuality, immigration status, or precise location;
• collect information from children or services directed to children;
• sell, publicly disclose, dox, or provide resolved data to data brokers;
• circumvent consent, security, rate limits, usage limits, or technical restrictions;
• support unlawful surveillance, impersonation, fraud, phishing, malware, or deceptive practices;
• use data you know or reasonably suspect is inaccurate in a way that could harm a person.

Access and retain only the data reasonably needed for your approved purpose. Restrict access to trained personnel, use reasonable safeguards, delete data when no longer needed, and investigate suspected compromise promptly.

We may investigate suspected abuse, request information about your use, limit exports or resolutions, suspend an installation, or terminate an account. We may cooperate with lawful requests and take steps to protect individuals, providers, and the service.
