1. Roles and scope
Next Level acts as a business or controller for account, billing, support, security, and website information we collect for our own purposes. When we process website-visitor information on a customer’s behalf, the customer determines the purpose and means of that use and is responsible for its own privacy notice and legal basis.
2. Information we collect
- account information, such as email, company, website, and login details;
- billing and subscription records from our payment provider;
- pixel configuration, website URLs, event metadata, IP-derived and device information;
- resolved contact fields made available by identity providers, which may include name, phone number, email address, and postal address;
- support messages, audit records, usage data, and security logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, generate and operate pixels, display or deliver resolved contacts, provide support, prevent abuse, improve performance, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to hosting, database, payment, identity-resolution, analytics, communications, security, and professional-service providers; to authorized customer users and integrations; during a business transaction; or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
We do not authorize customers to sell or publicly disclose resolved personal information. Certain privacy laws may define some advertising or data-provider activities as a “sale” or “sharing”; customers are responsible for disclosures and opt-out mechanisms applicable to their websites and uses.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain, or restrict certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, email us with enough detail to identify the relevant account or website. We may need to verify your identity and may direct visitor-level requests to the customer that controls the relevant website.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our application may use essential storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and operation. Customer-installed pixels operate on customer websites, and each customer is responsible for the notices and choices required on those properties.
8. International and children’s data
The service is intended for business use in the United States and is not directed to children. Do not install or use the service where prohibited or on services directed to children.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@gonextlevel.ai.
